All of our purchase orders include Standard Terms and Conditions which can be found HERE. Vendors/suppliers need to review these terms and conditions. Vendors/suppliers shall be bound by these terms and conditions upon accepting our purchase order, delivering goods and/or performing prescribed services.

We require that our New Vendor Packet be completed by all new/prospective vendors. New/prospectove vendors can access the New Vendor Packet HERE.
