Our expanded-bead polyethylene core is purpose-built to maximize durability and damage resistance. It guarantees the rock-solid stability of a non-inflatable platform while completely eliminating the risk of a blowout or deflation.
Engineered for maximum durability, this rugged outer skin encases the core in a highly abrasion-resistant, UV-stable polyurethane layer. It is purpose-built to withstand chemical exposure, punishing weather, and the daily grind of tactical operations without degrading or compromising the collar’s integrity.
Serving as the vessel’s primary armor during close-quarters maneuvers, the heavy-duty rubbing strake absorbs and deflects high-impact forces. Whether you are conducting alongside boardings, towing, or docking against rough industrial infrastructure, it provides a crucial layer of reinforced protection where the boat needs it most.
The 100% Foam Stabilizing Collar
Unlike competitor “fenders” that merely act as bumpers, the SAFE Boats collar is an active stabilization system. Made from lightweight expanded-bead polyethylene encased in a tough polyurethane skin, it protects the entire side of the hull. Because it is designed to touch the water at rest and during cornering, it provides unmatched lateral stability that standard collars simply cannot deliver.

100% Airtight
& Watertight
We don’t compromise on crew safety. The entire hull and deck of a SAFE Boat are 100% air and watertight. Every inch of hull volume below the deck, including the fuel tank, is welded completely shut and rigorously air-pressure tested to strict ISO 12217 requirements. This absolute watertight integrity is a critical safety standard that most other manufacturers simply do not offer.
