ALUMINUM WELDER NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!!!! Duties include complex welding in construction of watercraft hulls and houses.  Builds fuel tanks, pressure tests hulls, installs house (cabin), or T-Top assembly on boat. Position Summary
The Logistics Specialist is a member of the Customer Support Group (CSG) Team. As such, the Logistics Specialist will, along with other team members, ensure the proper shipping, receipt, pre-rigging, accounting, location, delivery (both internally and externally), counting, reconciliation, return and all other facets of material handling as required. Naval Architect Bremerton

Bachelor’s Degree Required, certification preferred- responsible for full spectrum of engineering analyses pertaining to design and fabrication of aluminum work and patrol boats 20ft and larger. Job’s emphasis will be on stability analysis, performance analysis and predictions, structural engineering of aluminum hull structure to ISO, ABS, and other recognized standards and industry best practices. Additional scope of structural engineering includes, but is not limited to, equipment foundations, and towing, lifting and mooring fitting analysis using the most appropriate tools ranging from hand calculations to full FEA modeling and simulation. Warranty Specialist Bremerton

Under general supervision the Warranty Specialist serves as first point of contact for all incoming warranty related customer calls.  Has complete understanding of SAFE warranty processes and procedures with the ability to guide and advise customers accordingly.  The Warranty Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to the customer for various basic and intermediate boat repair issues.   Daily tasks include taking trouble calls, making warranty determination, troubleshooting, effecting resolution and repairs, implement both OEM & SAFE service bulletins, providing quotes, and initiating internal work orders.  The Warranty Specialist logs customer calls, activities, and follows up with customer and department personnel to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and customer satisfaction.

TACOMA -MIG Aluminum Welder

Under limited supervision, operates welding equipment using appropriate GMAW techniques to weld aluminum plate and extrusion in all positions, occasionally in a confined space. Prepares weldments using tool such as saws, routers, grinders, pneumatic cutting tool, wire brushes and various hand tools of the trade. Basic interpretation of blue prints, drawing, welds symbols and schedules to layout patterns on material. Performs tack welding in the fabrication phase of construction and the Pre-fab of sub-assemblies such as bulkheads, girders, decks and pilot house using jigs and fixtures. The operation of overhead cranes, forklifts, man lifts and other boat building equipment. Secures small parts for assembly & welding, keeps work area professionally neat and secure.

Tacoma - Marine Electronics and Mechanical InstallationTechnician

Responsible for the installation of electrical and mechanical components on SAFE Boats products. Installs inboard diesel engines and jet drives, along with associated cables and wiring. Installs fuel systems and filters. Fabricates and installs main and auxiliary wiring harnesses. Installs, interfaces and connects a variety of components such as lights, radios, radar, sonar, heating and air conditioning systems, auxiliary generators, GPS, chart plotters, etc.

May also assit in the FInish area with the installation of doors, windows, carpet, non-skid, railings and final surface prep. View the full job description
